My Review
Chapel Wars was a very unique read. I loved how fresh it was! It takes a classic part of typical Las Vegas and puts a whole new spin on it as well as incorporating it on a teen level. I mean, every seventeen year old must have a demanding job being in charge of a business. Right?

No? Well, Holly does! That's right! When her grandpa died he left the Rose of Sharon Wedding Chapel to his seventeen year old grand daughter, Holly, convinced that she was the only one who could possibly save it.

I was very impressed with how Holly handled all of the stress that came with owning the chapel - being her parents boss, doubling the number of weddings they performed, raising enough money so save the chapel etc., - going to school, her friends... Dax. She coped so well with all of that stress!

Dax. Dax was not perfect and he had his own issues, but I have to say - Aww they were perfect for each other (whether they knew it or not). Let me just say that Holly's grandfather made a really smart move when he brought them together! I love when books have relationships with fantastic banter!

Anyway, this was a good book with some hilarious laugh out loud moments and the ending was just perfect. While I didn't love everything about the book, it was mostly realistic and definitely unique.
